Over een tijdje dus niet meer de frustratie van een USB-stekker die niet zomaar past!<\/p>\n<h2>USB 3.1-stekker klaar voor productie<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsmacties.nl\/nieuws\/media\/USB-3.1-Type-C.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-9926\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsmacties.nl\/nieuws\/media\/USB-3.1-Type-C.jpg\" alt=\"USB 3.1 Type-C\" width=\"116\" height=\"116\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gsmacties.nl\/nieuws\/media\/USB-3.1-Type-C.jpg 253w, https:\/\/www.gsmacties.nl\/nieuws\/media\/USB-3.1-Type-C-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 116px) 100vw, 116px\" \/><\/a>Elke USB-standaard die tot nu toe verschenen is heeft \u00e9\u00e9n groot minpunt: de stekker past maar op \u00e9\u00e9n manier in de USB-poort. In 2012 introduceerde Apple de Lightning-connector, een soort USB-stekker die altijd past, ongeacht hoe je hem in de poort steekt. De organisatie achter de USB-standaard is al een tijdje bezig met een zelfde soort stekker.<\/p>\n<p>Die nieuwe USB 3.1-stekker is nu klaar voor productie. De nieuwe stekkers zullen de micro-usb-stekker vervangen maar ook de grotere usb-stekkers. Apparaten moeten echter wel uitgerust worden met nieuwe USB 3.1-poorten zodat de nieuwe stekker past. Er wordt echter wel gewoon gewerkt aan verloopjes zodat je alles gewoon aan elkaar kunt verbinden, nieuwe stekker of niet.
